Keri Zaleski hosts “McHenry County Health”, a program presented by the the McHenry County Department of Health.

Keri Zaleski has worked for MCDH since 1999. She spent several years serving as the Physician Liaison, recruiting physicians to accept clients from the health department. Following the terrorist attacks of 9/11 Keri coordinated public health emergency planning. With a degree in communications and public relations from Purdue University, the move to her present position as Community Information Coordinator last August was a logical fit.

Some people think of MCDH as a place for adopting a pet. Some think of it as restaurant inspections, while still others think of the Health Department as the place to go for flu shots. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that it does all of these things and more! Each month, MCDH talks about what’s going on at the health department and bring you information you can use to make your life better.
